This means that a medical professional can overlook a patient’s cannabis use for a condition such as anxiety, chronic pain, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, and such. So how can this type of prescription help you? Here’s how:

• You can discus your health condition with a formal medical doctor and they can assist you with individualized dosing.
• A cannabis medical doctor can determine interactions if you’re currently on medical prescriptions. They can also discuss how to implement delivery methods such as sublingual oils, capsules, flower for smoking/vaping, etc.
• You can inquire about growing cannabis at home and get a prescription for this, too. (You can get permission to grow 25-450 plants!
